PENNY FOLGER is a writer, ukulele player, and former clown. She is also an actor in the experimental theater scene in NYC, working with groups like Dangerous Ground Productions and Virago Stage and Screen, while on breaks from school in LA, where she is training to be a sign language interpreter.

Growing up as a shy visual artist, one of her earliest performance outlets was dance - spending time dancing around the kitchen as an 11 year old and later dancing in goth clubs at 18. She spent some time being fascinated with synchronized dance and flash mobs, briefly participating in groups like RAID, Thrill the World, and the Improv Dance Company, as well as the '20s scene and her greatest love, dancing to '60s French pop. She oddly doesn't really consider herself to be a dancer - probably because of the narrow definition this word seems to hold in society's eyes. She is happy to be part of a group that is helping to change that perception.

She also sings with her murder band, Le Cos, who just released their debut EP in August 2016. lecosband.com.
